What is on the site

  • Custom responsive design
  • Multi-page architecture
  • Military / veterans resources
  • Local Pros directory
  • Editorial art direction
  • Real-estate compliance disclosures

The client and the site’s purpose

Mike and Natalie Evans work as a two-agent team, so the site is written and structured around both of them instead of splitting into competing agent profiles. The home page leads with that premise rather than with a property search widget.

Design and development

The build is a multi-page architecture: home, About, a Military / Veterans section, a Local Pros directory, and Contact. Each page carries the same editorial type system and full-bleed photography rather than a stock template layout.

Constraints and decisions

Real-estate compliance is part of the build, not an afterthought. The footer carries Texas Real Estate Commission Information About Brokerage Services disclosures for both agents, the TREC Consumer Protection Notice, Equal Housing Opportunity, and the sponsoring-brokerage relationship.
