Website Terms

These terms explain the purpose and limits of Wild Logic’s public website and tools. Project work is agreed separately, in writing.

Using this website

Wild Logic Web LLC operates this website to explain our services and help you plan a project. You may browse the work, explore configurations, use previews, and download your estimate without creating an account or providing an email address.

Use the site lawfully. Do not use its forms or tools to send spam or malicious material, bypass access restrictions, interfere with the service, or obtain information you are not authorized to access.

Estimates and project agreements

The builder produces a planning estimate from the choices you make. Its prices remain a working model. An estimate or download is not a binding quote, offer, signed agreement, or commitment to start work.

We review the requested scope before a project begins. A written agreement defines the deliverables, price, payment terms, revisions, and handoff. Items marked custom scope or review required need that review before they can be priced.

One-time build costs, recurring Wild Logic services, and third-party costs are shown separately. Read our Transparency page for the published ownership and scope rules. These website terms do not change an existing signed agreement.

Website Care and Care Plus

Care is optional support for an existing site. The base plan and Care Plus differ in included routine-change time. Neither plan includes new development or third-party hosting and subscription fees.

Unused change time does not roll over, and there is no automatic hourly overage charge. Work beyond the agreed capacity is discussed and approved before it is performed. Selecting a plan in the builder is a planning choice; it does not start billing or create a subscription.

Read the Website Care details for inclusions, limits, and how to send a request. Your signed service agreement records the plan and terms for your site.

Care additions and extra hours labeled proposed are not included in a current plan or builder estimate. They do not change your signed agreement.

Previews and website content

Concept previews and website kits illustrate possible structure and design. Sample text, images, and features are examples; they do not establish a finished deliverable or confirm that a particular integration is included.

You may save your estimate and use it to plan or discuss your project. Customer work, logos, photographs, third-party assets, and other materials shown on the site retain their respective ownership and licensing terms. Displaying them in a preview or portfolio does not transfer a license to use them in your own published website.

Limits of the website audit

Request an audit only for a public website you own or are authorized to assess. Do not submit private addresses, credentials, access tokens, or restricted systems.

The audit checks a small sample of up to five pages at a particular time. Blocked pages, unavailable responses, and the tool's limits can affect the findings. It can miss problems, and an observation may need human review before you change a website.

An audit report does not certify security, accessibility, legal compliance, search rankings, or site-wide reliability. It is not a penetration test or a complete review. The report explains what was checked and what was skipped.

Report links expire, and availability is subject to service and abuse limits. If you want to keep the findings, use the report download. See the Privacy Policy for report access, retention, and deletion details.

Sending an inquiry

Send accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. A successful form receipt means your inquiry was stored for review. It does not create an account, book work, or guarantee that an email notification reached an inbox.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information sent by each form, the services involved, retention, and your choices. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
