Privacy Policy

Wild Logic Web LLC, based in San Antonio, Texas, operates wildlogicweb.com. This notice covers our public website, its planning tools, website audit, and inquiries you send us.

It does not serve as the privacy policy for websites we build for customers. Customer project records and private account services have their own agreements and applicable notices.

• Website requests. Our hosting and security systems process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your network address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Some of this information may appear in provider logs.
• Contact inquiries. When you send the Contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message.
• Build inquiries. When you choose to send a project, we receive your name, email, optional phone and notes, and the full configuration, including business details, website choices, and preview edits. We also save an estimate calculated from those choices.
• Direct email. If you email us, we receive the message, your address, and any information or attachments you include through our email service.
• Receipt and security records. Submitted inquiries have a receipt identifier, timestamps, review and delivery status, and limited security records used to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions.

We use inquiries to respond, understand the requested work, and manage the resulting conversation. Sending an inquiry does not create a customer account, contract, or marketing subscription. Please do not send passwords, access codes, payment-card details, or sensitive documents through these forms.

The website planner saves configuration and preview drafts in this browser so they can survive a reload. These can contain business names, website addresses, design choices, and text you enter. Planning, previewing, and downloading an estimate do not send those drafts to Wild Logic. Only a deliberate project submission sends your configuration with your contact details.

Drafts use local storage and remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. A session-storage flag remembers whether the homepage introduction has played. Contact details and retry state are held in page memory rather than saved as browser-local submission records. Closing or reloading the page discards that in-memory state.

Use Clear saved site draft to remove current drafts and supported copies from earlier versions on this device. Browser site-data settings can remove all remaining site storage. Clearing browser data does not delete an inquiry you already sent, and another open planning tab can save its draft again.

We do not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels, session recording, or cross-site analytics to this public website. Optional usage analytics are currently off. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. The site does not change its essential request handling in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

When the audit service is available and you request a check, we send the public homepage address you enter to our audit service. It requests a limited sample of up to five pages from that website and produces a report of observations. The target website and DNS services receive the requests needed to perform the check.

No email or account is required. Reports contain the submitted site address, sampled page addresses, results, and timing information. The audit does not automatically create a sales inquiry. Do not submit private links, credentials, or addresses containing access tokens.

A report link is unlisted, but anyone who has it can read the report until it expires. Audit reports expire 24 hours after creation. The browser that started an audit can cancel or delete it while it still holds the separate control token. Reloading or closing that page can lose this control; the report still expires. Downloaded or shared copies are outside the report service's deletion controls.

The audit keeps a minimized report, rather than a permanent copy of the website's HTML, images, or screenshots. The report's 24-hour expiry does not promise that hosting logs or other provider records are erased at the same time.

• Vercel hosts the public website and its request endpoints, including information sent through them and operational request logs.
• Supabase stores deliberately submitted inquiries, configurations, estimate records, and related operational data for Wild Logic.
• Amazon Web Services SES sends internal inquiry notifications to Wild Logic.
• Google Workspace receives those notifications and handles email you send us and our replies.
• Amazon Web Services Lightsail is the hosting provider for the separate audit collector when that service is enabled.

These services process information to run the site, handle inquiries, and provide the audit service. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where the relevant providers operate. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. A direct email link opens your own email app; the message travels through email providers rather than through this website's form.

Inquiries that have not moved into an active sales opportunity are retained for 12 months from the most recent meaningful interaction, then deleted unless a legitimate operational, contractual, accounting, or legal reason requires longer. Sending the inquiry starts that period; automated retries and notifications do not restart it.

For a non-customer opportunity, the 12-month period runs from the latest meaningful interaction or explicit closure, whichever is later. If you become a customer, the applicable project, contract, and accounting retention rules apply.

Browser drafts and audit reports follow the separate periods described above. Inquiry notification copies in our mailbox are included in retention review; database deletion does not automatically remove those messages. Other correspondence, provider logs, and backups may follow separate applicable requirements. We consider those copies when handling a privacy request and any records we need to keep.

You can use pricing, previews, and downloads without sending an inquiry. You can clear saved browser drafts, use the available audit deletion controls, or choose to email us directly.

To request a copy, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, email hello@wildlogicweb.com. Include the email address you used and, if available, your inquiry receipt. Please do not send passwords or identity documents with your initial request.

We may need to verify that a request concerns your information. We will explain any information we cannot locate or must retain, and you can reply to ask us to review our response. Privacy rights and any required response periods depend on the laws that apply to you and the request.

We will post changes here and update the date at the top of this page. If a change requires additional notice or a choice before new processing begins, we will provide it.
