Current service
Two site-health checks each month
Forms, links, page load, and existing analytics where installed, across the pages and test routes agreed for your site. Scheduled checks, not continuous monitoring.
Checks flag issues. Fixes use the included time or separately agreed scope.
- Routine software and security review. Review where applicable. Applying updates or patches uses included change time, or is scoped separately if substantial.
- Up to 1 hour of routine content and site changes per month. Unused time does not roll over.
- 1-business-day acknowledgment target. A target for acknowledging requests, not a guarantee or a completion deadline.
Monitoring, backups, applied updates outside the allowance, and a short monthly work note are proposed additions. They are not included yet.
Not included. New pages, new features, integrations, redesigns, content writing, and SEO campaigns are not included. Extra work is scoped and priced in writing before it starts. Hosting and other provider fees are billed separately.

Choose a plan or continue without care. No plan is selected for you. Your written agreement confirms the service and working price before it begins. Proposed additions do not change an existing plan.
What the two health checks cover
- Forms. Check that agreed forms accept test submissions and confirm their destination, using an authorized test route.
- Links. Check navigation and links on the agreed pages for broken destinations.
- Page load. Check the agreed pages load and review load times for new slowdowns.
- Analytics. Where analytics is already installed and authorized, check that it records data. No new tracking is added.
We agree the pages, existing services, and safe test routes for your site. Checks identify issues; fixes use the routine-change allowance or separately agreed scope. These checks do not add analytics or guarantee a speed score.
More care at the same working price
Proposed additions (not included yet)
The proposal keeps the same $100/month and one-hour allowance. We need to confirm the service details and put the tools in place before offering these additions.
Uptime monitoring around the clock
Automated checks and an alert when the site goes down. Alert coverage must be agreed; this is not a promise of 24/7 response.
Daily backups and tested recovery
Daily backups retained for 30 days, with a restore tested every quarter.
Security and dependency updates applied and tested
Routine updates under an agreed testing and rollback process. Substantial upgrades remain separately scoped.
Automated vulnerability checks
Scheduled checks for known vulnerabilities on the supported site platform, with findings reviewed.
SSL certificate and domain expiry watch
Alerts before expiry so renewal issues can be addressed. Renewal fees remain separate.
A short monthly work note
What was checked, what was found, what was done, and anything needing your decision. A record of actual work.
These are proposed service changes. Until their scope and delivery are confirmed, they are not included in either care plan or in a builder estimate.

$200/month with up to 3 hours of routine changes is a proposal only.
Current Care Plus stays at up to 2 hours. The proposed third hour cannot be selected in the builder and does not change an existing agreement.
What routine changes can look like
Typical requests might include replacing text you supply on an existing page, changing business hours, swapping an existing image, or updating an existing link. These are examples of maintaining the site's current functionality.
The amount of work depends on the request and the site. Some requests take longer than others, so these examples do not promise how many changes will fit in your monthly allowance. We review the request and discuss extra work before doing it.
Included time and extra work
Website Care includes up to one hour per month of routine changes; Care Plus includes up to two. Unused time does not carry into the next month. You can ask how much included time remains.
If a request exceeds the included capacity, we discuss the scope and cost with you before carrying out the extra work. There is no automatic hourly overage charge. A regular need for more time can lead to an agreed plan change or separately scoped work; it does not automatically upgrade your plan.
New pages, features, integrations, redesigns, and automation are new development and are always scoped separately, even when they look small.
What needs separate scope
- Hosting, domain renewals, software subscriptions, and other third-party charges.
- New development, content writing, SEO campaigns, and e-commerce catalog management.
- Continuous uptime monitoring, backups and restore testing, and a committed monthly work note remain proposed additions, not included services.
- Emergency work caused by customer or third-party changes outside Wild Logic.
- Ongoing management of CRM, email, automation, database, or application systems beyond the agreed care service.
Routine security review does not promise that a website can never have a security incident. A response target is not emergency coverage or a guarantee of when a fix will be completed.
