  3. Business Systems

    Internal tools, web applications, and connections to the software you already use to run the business.

    This can include connecting customer-management tools, booking, and content editing. Internal tools, custom web applications, databases, and portals need a review before we can price them.

  4. Automation

    Save time on routine tasks, like copying information between tools.

    We agree on the tasks each automation will handle. Anything beyond those tasks needs a separate scope.

    Website Care

    Website care and ongoing support, starting at $100/month. Standard Website Care includes up to one hour of routine website updates each month. Support for custom applications, integrations, and more complex systems is quoted separately based on scope. Care is optional. You keep the site you paid for whether you choose care or not.

    Current service

    • Two proactive site-health checks each month

      Scheduled checks of the existing site scope agreed for your service, not continuous monitoring.

    • Routine software and security review. Applying updates uses included time or separately agreed scope.
    • Up to 1 hour of routine content and site changes per month. Unused time does not roll over.
    • 1-business-day acknowledgment target. Not a fix deadline.

    Not included. New pages, new features, integrations, redesigns, content writing, and SEO campaigns are not included. Extra work is scoped and priced in writing before it starts. Hosting and other provider fees are billed separately.

    No automatic overage rate. You keep your site, domain, and accounts whether you choose care or not.
