How pricing works

Wild Logic separates what you pay once, what may recur through Wild Logic, what you pay other providers, and what still needs a human review — before you share contact information.

No hidden fees. Final price changes only when scope changes.

    Third-party costs

    Domains, hosting, licensed assets, paid platforms, and other charges paid to another provider — not folded into Wild Logic's build fee.

    Custom scope / review required

    Work that cannot be responsibly priced from the fixed menu. Named explicitly, contributes zero to totals until scope review — not a hidden starting price.

Current dollar amounts remain working prices under validation and must be labeled that way wherever they appear. This page does not promote them to approved public pricing.

What this means in the estimator

The Build Your Site configurator updates totals as selections change. Fixed-price items contribute only when their scope and price are actually defined. Anything pending review is named, contributes zero, and stays out of the total until scope review.

Review required is not a pricing trick

Fixed scope and custom scope

Some work can be priced responsibly from the fixed menu. Other work genuinely cannot — not because Wild Logic wants to hide a number, but because the scope is too variable to quote honestly from a checkbox.

Foundation, standard pages, bounded forms, and other items whose scope and price are defined appear in the estimator with a real total.

Custom scope

Labeled explicitly in the estimate. Contributes zero until scope review. Wild Logic does not substitute a misleading low fixed price.

How the configurator fits

Build Your Site is the starting point: you classify pages, select features, and see separated totals before contact. Custom-scope items stay visible in the configuration but do not pretend to have a final price. A signed agreement and written scope govern what actually ships.

Ownership and portability

Your site. Your domain. Your accounts.

Whenever practical, your domain and hosting are in accounts you control and pay the provider for directly. Wild Logic charges separately only for management or support it actually provides.

After the agreed project balance is paid in full, you own the completed website and deliverables defined by the signed agreement. That remains subject only to limitations documented in the agreement, such as third-party licenses, services that cannot legally be transferred, platform restrictions, assets outside the agreement, and unpaid balances.

Handoff, where applicable and defined in the agreement

  • Domain, registrar, hosting, and DNS access
  • Deliverable code or repository access
  • CMS, admin, analytics, forms, and integration access
  • Included design assets and documentation
  • Third-party ownership, license, and renewal details

Maintenance is optional. Declining it or ending it does not take ownership away. If a platform creates meaningful lock-in, that constraint is disclosed before commitment. Wild Logic does not overpromise ownership of third-party software or licenses beyond what the agreement and provider rules allow.

What changes the final price

Scope is the written record of what the project includes. New pages, features, integrations, or a material change in direction can change the price because they change the work — not because Wild Logic adds an unexplained fee.

    For added scope, the change order shows the original total, price adjustment, new total, and any applicable timeline impact.

    Out-of-scope work begins only after the change and its price are approved in writing.

Examples from policy

  • Adds scope

    A new page, feature, integration, or material change in direction can change the price because it changes the work.

  • Does not add scope

    A correction brings work into line with the agreed scope. Corrections are not billed and do not consume a revision round.

  • Revision within scope

    Standard website pricing includes two customer-requested revision rounds, disclosed before approval. A revision changes work that already matches the agreed scope.

No automatic price for additional revision rounds is published; added work is reviewed and approved first.

Third-party costs stay third-party

Domains, hosting or infrastructure, licensed assets, paid platforms, and other paid services can carry costs that belong to another provider. They appear in their own estimate bucket, not inside Wild Logic's build or maintenance fee.

Where practical, you buy domains and hosting directly in your own account. If Wild Logic must advance an approved third-party cost, it is passed through at the approved actual cost.

Support is optional

After launch

Launch is not the end of ownership — it is the handoff from build to whatever you choose to run next. Wild Logic separates what you keep, what Wild Logic can optionally maintain, and what third parties bill on their own cycles.

Ownership

After the agreed project balance is paid, you own the completed website and deliverables defined by the signed agreement — maintenance is not required to keep it.

Support and maintenance

Website Care is optional. It maintains existing functionality; new development is scoped separately.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, email, and paid tools may continue on their own billing cycles. Wild Logic calls out what continues independently at handoff.

Website Care, if you want it

Website Care is one optional base plan, month to month with no minimum term and 30 days' cancellation notice. It maintains existing functionality. Website Care does not include hosting; hosting and any Wild Logic management are separate line items. New development is scoped separately.

  • Two site-health checks each month

    Proactive checks, not continuous uptime monitoring.

  • Routine dependency and security review

    Review where applicable; updates or patching use included time or are scoped separately if substantial.

  • Up to one hour of routine changes each month

    For existing content and site functionality. Unused time does not roll over.

  • Acknowledgment target within one business day

    A target for acknowledging a maintenance request, not a completion guarantee or service level.

New pages, features, integrations, redesigns, automation, and other new development are scoped separately before work begins.

Work that would exceed the included capacity is discussed before it is performed. No automatic overage rate is approved. The monthly price remains a working price under validation and is not promoted here.

What Wild Logic does not do

No gates. No games. These are operational choices, not marketing slogans — the public site is built to match them.

  • No email gate for pricing

    You can see pricing, use the concept preview, and download an estimate before giving Wild Logic an email address.

  • No fake scarcity

    Wild Logic does not use countdown timers or artificial urgency to pressure a decision.

  • No hidden recurring charges

    Recurring Wild Logic services and third-party renewals are shown in separate buckets, not buried inside a build total.

  • No preselected marketing consent

    Marketing consent is never turned on by default.

  • No customer lock-in

    You own the completed site after the agreed balance is paid. Maintenance is optional and month to month.

  • No fake contact-us pricing

    When work can be responsibly priced from the fixed menu, it is. Custom scope is labeled review required instead of disguised behind a low starting number.

Privacy and analytics

Wild Logic collects what the visitor-requested workflow needs, not information that might merely be useful someday.

  • No marketing gate

    No email is required for pricing, the concept preview, or an estimate download. Phone is optional, and marketing consent is never preselected.

  • Configuration before contact

    Configuring alone submits nothing. Before a voluntary send action, the configuration is not transmitted to Wild Logic or stored as a server record.

  • Contact form today

    The contact form saves the name, email, and message only in this browser. Nothing is emailed because a production handler is not connected.

  • Build Your Site today

    The project form saves its contact details and full configuration only in this browser. It is labeled local-only and is not delivered to Wild Logic.

  • When delivery is connected

    A delivered submission will follow an explicit send action, be used to respond to and manage the inquiry, and not add the visitor to a marketing list by default or automatically create a portal account.

  • Analytics today

    The public site currently includes no added analytics integration. Hosting and security systems may still create operational logs for reliability; those records are not repurposed for marketing.

If analytics is added, the default is aggregate, privacy-minimal measurement without advertising or cross-site tracking pixels, visitor profiles, or session recording that captures configurator input. An exact vendor, consent implementation, and retention schedule are not finalized. This page does not invent them or claim legal privacy certification.

Engineering target — not legal certification

Accessibility is part of the build

We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and we test for it.

Accessibility is part of the baseline build, not an upsell. The standard covers structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, contrast, meaningful alternatives, reduced motion, and readable reflow.

That is an engineering target, not a legal certification, a promise of perfect accessibility, or a guarantee about a particular customer's legal obligations.

A claim is made only about a build that was actually tested. Ongoing conformance can change as content changes and is not silently included in Website Care.

If you leave Wild Logic

Ending maintenance does not end your ownership. Website Care is month to month with 30 days' notice, and cancellation must be possible without a phone call or a retention-offer gate.

Identify what stops

Wild Logic confirms the effective date and which maintenance or managed services end.

Identify what continues

Third-party services that continue independently, including known renewals, are called out.

Complete the agreed handoff

Applicable credentials, files, access, and documentation are transferred under the agreement and platform rules.

Wild Logic does not intentionally break, degrade, or disable a site to force continued maintenance. Mid-project cancellation and refund terms are a separate unresolved question and are not presented here as policy.

How estimates and previews work

Live concept preview

This is a structural preview to help visualize your choices. It is not your final website design.

The public preview is deterministic, available before contact information, and not generated by a language model. It does not promise a finished design deliverable or a later private concept.

Estimate

An estimate is not a quote, an offer, or a binding agreement.

Only fixed, calculator-eligible items contribute to totals. Anything pending review is named, contributes zero, and is explicitly excluded until scope review. Nothing binds either party before a signed agreement.

Estimate vs final scope

The configurator produces a working estimate from your current selections. Final scope is what the signed agreement records. If scope changes after that, price changes follow the written change-order process — not a surprise invoice.

Ask before you approve

If a price, scope boundary, ownership term, ongoing cost, or handoff detail is unclear, ask for clarification before approving a project. The signed agreement and written scope govern a specific project.
