SAIL Filler Privacy Policy
SAIL Filler is a Chrome extension published by Wild Logic Web LLC. Lead information stays in your browser and goes only to SAIL. This policy explains what the extension processes, what Wild Logic receives, and the choices you have.

What SAIL Filler does
SAIL Filler has a single purpose. It validates a supported lead CSV file and helps an authorized user enter approved leads into the supported SAIL Add Lead workflow, using the SAIL session already signed in on that browser.
SAIL Filler stays inactive until you accept its in-product privacy disclosure and activate it with a Wild Logic activation code. It can access only the supported SAIL site, sailpos.hotworx.net, and Wild Logic's licensing service.
This policy covers SAIL Filler and is effective October 1, 2026. Wild Logic's website is covered by the separate Privacy Policy.
Information processed in your browser
To do its job, SAIL Filler processes the following on your device:
- lead names, email addresses, phone numbers, and postal addresses
- the contents of the CSV file you choose
- validation results for each row
- import checkpoints, status, and results
- the content of the supported SAIL Add Lead page, which it reads to confirm the correct page and studio and to observe the outcome of each submission
This information is processed in your browser. It is not sent to Wild Logic.
What Wild Logic receives
Wild Logic runs a licensing service that confirms an installation is authorized for the correct studio. Wild Logic receives only the licensing and authorization information needed to provide and secure SAIL Filler:
- the activation code you enter, when you activate SAIL Filler
- the installation's credential, when the extension refreshes its authorization
- business and license identity
- the approved studio's identity and display details
- an installation identifier
- the extension version and the version of its packaged studio profile
- authorization status and sequence
- timestamps for the license and installation lifecycle
Activation codes and installation credentials are checked when they arrive but are not stored in readable form. Wild Logic stores only a non-reversible digest of each, which it uses to look them up.
Wild Logic's hosting, firewall, and database providers also process standard operational and security information about requests to the licensing service. This can include IP address, user agent, request time, host and route, request method, response status, latency, region, request and deployment identifiers, firewall action, and network and security signals.
Wild Logic's application does not add request bodies, authorization headers, activation codes, installation credentials, profiles, lead or CSV data, import results, SAIL page content, or SAIL credentials to its application logs.
What Wild Logic does not receive
SAIL Filler does not send the following to Wild Logic, and Wild Logic's licensing service does not store them:
- lead names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses
- CSV file contents
- validation or import-result contents
- SAIL page content
- SAIL passwords
- SAIL cookies or session credentials
- your privacy-consent record
SAIL Filler never asks for your SAIL password. It works through the SAIL session you have already signed in to.
This does not cover information you choose to send Wild Logic yourself, such as in a support email. See Human access.
Entering leads into SAIL
When you start an import, SAIL Filler enters the lead information you selected directly into SAIL through your existing signed-in SAIL session. That information goes from your browser to SAIL. It does not pass through Wild Logic.
SAIL is a separate service and the destination you are already authorized to use. Once lead information is entered into SAIL, it is held in SAIL, outside SAIL Filler and Wild Logic.
What stays in Chrome
SAIL Filler keeps its working data in Chrome's local extension storage for your browser profile on this device. This storage is not synced to other devices. It holds:
- your privacy-consent choice: the disclosure version you accepted and when you accepted it
- activation and authorization credentials for this installation
- CSV, lead, and validation data for the file you are working on
- import checkpoints and results, which keep a visible record of each row's outcome
Files you export from SAIL Filler are saved where you choose and stay under your control. The extension does not remove them.
How long information is kept
- In your browser. CSV, lead, validation, checkpoint, and result data stays until you use Clear File once a run can be safely cleared, remove the extension's data through Chrome, or uninstall SAIL Filler. Reset activation removes the local activation and authorization credentials but does not erase import records.
- Used activation codes. The stored digest of a used activation code becomes eligible for removal after 30 days. Its expiry and location binding are removed with it. Wild Logic keeps a non-secret timestamp with the license record showing that the code was used, so the code cannot become usable again.
- Unused activation codes. Records of activation codes that expire without being used currently remain stored. A retention period for them has not yet been decided.
- Revoked or expired installations. When an installation is revoked or its credential expires, whichever happens first, Wild Logic keeps the installation record for 12 months for security, support, audit, and reconciliation. The entire record, including its credential digest and identifiers, is then deleted unless the law requires keeping it longer.
- License, studio, and profile records. These are kept while they are needed for an active customer and studio relationship and for security and rollback. A period for deleting or anonymizing them after a relationship ends has not yet been set. The 12-month installation rule does not apply to them.
- Provider logs. Hosting and security providers keep operational and security metadata for periods they control, which can depend on the service plan. Wild Logic's intended maximum is 30 days for runtime request metadata and 90 days for security and firewall metadata. These limits are still being configured and verified, and Wild Logic cannot delete provider records sooner than the provider allows.
- Database recovery copies. A record deleted from the live database can remain recoverable in the database provider's history, snapshots, exports, or temporary restore copies until those copies expire or are deleted. The periods for these recovery copies are still being configured.
- Support information. Information you send for support is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter, protect the service, comply with law, and maintain required business records.
Deletion is not yet automatic. The database cleanup that applies the 30-day and 12-month rules has been built and tested but is not yet running. Until it is, a record can remain stored for some time after it becomes eligible for deletion.
Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Wild Logic's use of the user data SAIL Filler handles complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. User data is used only to provide, secure, maintain, and support SAIL Filler's single purpose. Wild Logic does not:
- sell lead or customer data
- use it for advertising, including personalized advertising or retargeting
- provide it to data brokers
- use it for lending, credit, employment, insurance, housing, or other eligibility decisions
Human access
Lead information is not sent to Wild Logic, so Wild Logic does not receive or read lead data through its licensing service.
People at Wild Logic access user data only when you explicitly provide it for support, when access is required for security or by law, or as otherwise permitted by the Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements.
If you contact us for support, we may use the information you choose to send to resolve the matter, protect the service, comply with law, and maintain required business records. Please do not send your SAIL password in a support message.
Security
Wild Logic uses safeguards designed to protect the information it handles. Connections to the licensing service use HTTPS. Activation codes and installation credentials are stored only as non-reversible digests. The extension checks the digital signature on each authorization before relying on it, and it can access only the supported SAIL site and Wild Logic's licensing service. No system is completely secure.
Services involved
- Google Chrome and the Chrome Web Store. Google distributes SAIL Filler through the Chrome Web Store. The Chrome browser on your device runs the extension and holds its local storage.
- SAIL. The separate service where you choose to enter leads. Lead information goes there directly from your browser.
- Vercel. Hosts Wild Logic's licensing service and its firewall, and processes the request metadata and licensing information described above.
- Neon. Provides the managed database for licensing records, including its recovery copies.
Wild Logic does not use these services for advertising. Naming a service here describes how SAIL Filler works. It does not mean the service endorses SAIL Filler.
Your choices and requests
- Consent. SAIL Filler stays inactive until you accept its in-product disclosure. Choosing Not now stores no consent and leaves the extension inactive.
- Local data. Use Clear File once a run can be safely cleared, remove the extension's data through Chrome, or uninstall SAIL Filler to remove CSV, lead, validation, checkpoint, and result data from your browser. Exported files are yours to keep or delete.
- Activation and licenses. Reset activation removes this installation's local activation and authorization credentials. It does not erase import records. To end a license or ask Wild Logic to revoke an installation, contact us. Revoked installation records follow the 12-month rule above.
- Privacy requests. To ask a question or make a request about information Wild Logic holds for SAIL Filler, email hello@wildlogicweb.com. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information. Privacy rights and response times depend on the laws that apply to you.
Wild Logic does not hold lead information, so it cannot access or delete lead records on your device or in SAIL.
Changes to this policy
If Wild Logic materially changes how SAIL Filler collects, uses, or shares information, the extension will show a new version of its in-product disclosure and stay inactive until you accept it. We will also update this page and the date at the top.
